As usual, 2012 year end news on state budget started with low spending/absorption, but you will not be getting too much surprise if the very last week of the year (yes, last week of the year!) you see the number was dramatically reach nearly 100% spending/absorption.
Not sure what will be the new case in Q1-2013 that KPK will bring against this state budget spending/absorption... another Hambalang, Century, etc. But someone is for sure laughing at us, loud during New Year eve out there in extravagance vacation.
2013 is a promising year where everyone paved their milestone in 2012, business and politics. Everyone has their own contribution: ordinary Indonesian people, workers, politicians, businessmen, etc. and plans.
Property, commodity, retails, election, corruption, etc. blend driven by semi auto econo pilot by business communities. Birocrates and technocrates melted running out of opinion swallowed by practicals.
